Places I want to travel!

Hey its Jess, I love travelling and going on holiday. The whole packing and the airport part excites me, but when you arrive that a whole different thing. If its a hot holiday just the fresh air as you walk of the plane. Im imagining it now but then I looked up and saw a traffic out my window :(

I love this quote because it feels so true, I'm in love with New York and I have never been there but am planning on.

Places I want to visit

Disney Land Florida: When I was younger I went to Disney Land Paris twice, but I was too young to remember it now. Now that I'm older I feel that Florida would feel more magical because its bigger and looks better.

New york: I would like to travel around the US for a few month because it seems so much different compared to the UK, to me they seem to have many more shops that I would love. Where I live in the UK there isn't that many nice clothes sort of shops only things like Newlook and Primark. New York would be the perfect place for me to go shopping and the attractions like Statue of Liberty and the Empire State building.

Dubai: Dubai looks beautiful, in pictures I see in holiday magazines make me want to get on a plane and go right now. Last year Zoellla, Pointlessblog, Marcus Butler, Naomi Smart, ThatcherJoe, Tanya Burr and Jim Chapman went with daily mix and their blogs and vlogs look amazing they stayed in the Atlantis the Palm hotel and it looks so relaxing with the aquarium so I'm hopefully when I'm older going to see if I can stay there.

Australia: I don't really care where I was to go but the weather there looks amazing, my friend recently moved out there and he is having a great time. I have always wanted to hold a koala they just look so cute and cuddly

When I leave school I want to take a gap year and travel the world, so I can find out all about the different cultures, foods ext, but these are my favourite places I definitely want to go to.

Speak soon,
Jess xx

What to do on Valentines day when you don't have a date!

Valentines Day

Heyy its Jess, so Valentines Day is tomorrow and if you don't have a date these are some good things to do.

  1. Have a girls night in, have a pamper night and do face masks and watch some movies
  2. Go out for a coffee with all the people you love in your life
  3. Treat your self, so when you go out and see that nice dress, just get it.Spend the money you would spend on a boy/girl on you
  4. My favourite get into your favourite PJ's, snuggle into bed and grab your laptop and watch some soppy film on Netflix
These are options I would do on Valentines Day, if you have any good ideas on what to do then comment them down below.

Bye xx

What I thought was real but isnt!

Hey its me, Olivia

I got this idea from Amazing phil (You tuber) , and I thought that I should share what I thought was real!!!

The Disney logo- I thought that the D was a G, and thought it was spelt like Gisney but everyone pronounced it as Disney!

Cats- I thought that cat's had 9 lives!

Ice cream vans- I thought that when the siren went off it meant that they have ran out of ice cream!

Hot dogs- I thought it was made out of dog meat!

Bigfoot- I thought that he was real !

If you have any comment them down below!

How Baking Soda ruined my hair

Hey its Jess,
I can't believe I'm writing this but I think Baking soda has ruined my hair.

I have been looking on ways to grow my hair for a long time because my hair just stays at the same length and seems like it never grows.

Baking Soda Solution

In many blogs and youtube videos on how to grow your hair, I have seen none of them use shampoo and conditioner any more because of all the chemicals in them. So instead the use Baking soda as a shampoo and apple cider vinegar as a conditioner. This is what I have been doing recently but my hair has became more dry. I had split ends and asked my mum to cut them for me because she is a hairdresser and a few weeks later I noticed I and more again. My hair has now started to become very dry and frizzy but before its was healthy.

So is baking soda actually good for your hair?

Its about the pH

Many people have promoted Baking soda to be a ingredient that cleanses your hair but its in fact a chemical, so to see the damage you need to look at the pH of it. pH ranges from 0-14, acid-alkaline. Our hair when wet has about a pH of 4.5-5.5 so its slightly acidic when in its natural state, so when applying products to your hair you need to balance it for it to stay healthy and natural, the pH must remain the same. Its a bit confusing I know, but if you understand they science in it you will see the problem.

Baking soda has around the pH of 9.0, so applying this to my hair was raising the pH and not keeping it balanced. This has made my hair feel very dry and rough to feel and I can't do anything with it. Personally I'm never trying this again because of the after affect, hopefully my hair will go back to how it was if I care for it nicely, if it has worked for you then tell me your stories below.

Byee for now xx
